EPI Ingredients will participate in the HIE in Villepinte from September 17 to 19, 2002, together with its French distributor partner, Quarrechim. We will be pleased to welcome you, stand A 54.
Our development efforts in 2002 have been directed towards the health food sector and we will notably present the following products at the HIE :
• Our fermented powders :
A specific selection of the dairy fraction, ferments or fibres, have enabled us to formulate a range of 5 products specifically for health food applications.
• "PLUS" and "LOW FAT / GOURMET" products :
A new generation of EPI Ingredients products making it possible to reduce the use of fats while preserving creaminess and "gourmet" taste in light products.

La Laiterie Nouvelle de l'Arguenon in Créhen has equipped itself with a pilot hall devoted to extrusion. Our R & D team now has practically all dairy technology at the pre-industrial tool level.

EPI Ingredients at FIE, presented its new range of ultra fresh products, definitively integrating the notion of taste into its development approach.

Establishment and launching of a pilot hall in ANCENIS. Equipped with a drying mini-tower and a thermal platform, our R & D team is now more flexible in order to pre-industrially test the development of certain ingredients.
